Walk With HER 5K
A Movement. A Mission. A Moment of Restoration.
Walk With Her 5K is more than a race — it’s a movement.
This community-centered 5K walk/run was created to support and uplift women who have spent years restoring everyone else while often neglecting themselves. Through wellness, mentorship, and community engagement, this event brings awareness to the invisible weight many women carry — and reminds them that they are seen, valued, and worthy of restoration.
*Because no woman should feel invisible.

“Walk With Her 5K was created because I have witnessed the silent strength of women — mothers, executives, caregivers, leaders — who carry so much while asking for so little.
This event is our moment to say: we see you, we honor your strength & we are walking with you.”
