5K & 1-MILE FUN RUN/WALK
Walk With Her 5K is more than a race — it’s a movement.
This community-centered 5K walk/run was created to support and uplift women who have spent years restoring everyone else while often neglecting themselves. Through wellness, mentorship, and community engagement, this event brings awareness to the invisible weight many women carry — and reminds them that they are seen, valued, and worthy of restoration.

On June 27, 2026, the Invisible Woman Foundation welcomed our community to Bachman Lake Park for the inaugural Walk With HER 5K—a morning centered on women’s wellness, movement, connection, and community.
What began as a vision became a powerful gathering of participants, families, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and community partners united by one mission: supporting women and reminding them that they are seen, supported, and valued.

The inaugural Walk With HER demonstrated what is possible when a community comes together around women’s wellness. From the first steps around Bachman Lake to the final medals placed around participants’ necks, the morning was filled with encouragement, celebration, connection, and purpose.
